Mimi and Bubba were kind enough to take us in for THREE weeks. While we were there we enjoyed ice skating, sledding, playing dominoes, sleeping in their arms (mostly Cam), going out to eat at The Shed in Stowe, VT, visiting The Vermont Teddy Bear Factory in Shelburne, VT, and visiting with all our family.
We spent lots of time with the Strettons and cousin Alex who is getting soooo big! Chris also got to go snowboarding at Bolton with the Powell boys. Emma and I joined Aunt Tricia, Tyler, and Ethan in a trip to see "Charlotte's Web," one of Emma's favorite movies. I think we will start reading the book soon too. Ohhh and who can forget our Mexican Fiesta night that included homemade salsa, dominoes (I know not Mexican... but fun!), and my favorite... Margaritas! We also celebrated Bubba's B-day with a homemade cake (from Aunt Tricia).
I also can't say enough about our time with Emma and Camden's Great-Grandparents. What a special time for us to enjoy their company. We must thank Grandma Morgan for her famous grilled cheese sandwiches, Grandpa Stew for his famous duck noises that caused much laughter, and Grandma and Grandpa Thompson for their fabulous snuggle time!
